The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

CPPE starts working on a project on demand of RAO UESR June 14, 2005. CPPE joned the performers in the project for RAO UESR aimed at the standardization of the normative-technical documentation of RAO UESR according to the requirements of the Federal Statute ą184 (December 27, 2002) "On technical regulation".
CPPE focuses on the aspects related to the evaluation of economical costs of realization of the quality standards in the power industry. |
