CPPE members took part in conference “Reforms and Program and Policy Evaluation”
On September 26-28, 2008 the 7th annual IPEN conference
"Reforms and Program and Policy Evaluation" took place at State University Higher School of Economics. CPPE Head Daniel Tsygankov, was a member of an organizing committee. During the conference CPPE members and experts presented seven reports in different sessions.
