The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

Conference Committee and IPEN Board are sorry to inform that the 10th IPEN Conference "Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems" in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on September 23-25, 2010, won't be held in its traditional format. |
Working visit to the Netherlands On November, 19, 2007 Daniel Tsygankov, ŃPPE Head, hold a working meeting with F. Leeuw, Head of Evaluation Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Netherlands, President of Dutch Society of Evaluation, Professor of Maastricht University.
The meeting resulted in a preliminary agreement on a 2-month internship of one of the young CPPE colleagues in the Department. D.Tsygankov was invited to make a report on program and policy evaluation development in Russia at the colloquium of Dutch Evaluation Society during his next visit. |
