The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

Experts of the CPPE participated in the work of the VIII-th International Conference of SU HSE  On April 4, 2007 the Head of the CPPE D. Tsygankov was a moderator on the B-04 session "Integration of evaluation into public and corporate administration" of the VIII-th International Conference of SU HSE "Modernization of economics and social development". Expert of the CPPE M.Gladkov took a part in this session as a member of discussion.
