13th Annual DeGeVal Conference

This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg.

The 10th IPEN Conference

Conference Committee and IPEN Board are sorry to inform that the 10th IPEN Conference "Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems" in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on September 23-25, 2010, won't be held in its traditional format.

CPPE Head took part in the forum "Experience of National Project Implementation in Small Cities and Districts of Russia"

Juli 17-18, 2008. At invitation of “Union of Russian Small Cities” CPPE Head Daniel Tsygankov took part in the forum "Experience of National Project Implementation in Small Cities and Districts of Russia" in St. Petersburg.

In the frames of this forum a contest "Initiative Mayor" was conducted. Besides from working as a contest jury Daniel Tsygankov presented a report "Circles of Comparison of Intermunicipal Effectiveness – New Instrument of Quality Improvement of National Project and Federal Program Implementation at the Local level" where he generalized the experience of German and British municipalities.
