13th Annual DeGeVal Conference

This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg.

The 10th IPEN Conference

Conference Committee and IPEN Board are sorry to inform that the 10th IPEN Conference "Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems" in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on September 23-25, 2010, won't be held in its traditional format.

CPPE Head presented a report at International Conference on RIA in Tashkent

July 22, 2008. At the invitation of IFC Uzbek Office CPPE Head Daniel Tsygankov presented a report "RIA in Post-soviet Perspective. Experience of the Russian Federation" at conference "RIA as a tool for improving regulation for private sector. Worldwide experience and perspectives in Uzbekistan".

At the conference which took place on July 22, 2008 in Tashkent a number of well-known RIA consultants presented their reports. Among them are Colin Kirkpatrick (University of Manchester), Krassen Stanchev (USAID/KSBD) and Delia Rodrigo (IFC Washington Office). Representatives of Uzbek Minister Cabinet, ministries and departments, NGOs and consulting agencies participated as well. The term SOVAZ (System of RIA) was adjusted during the work-out of IFC proposals for Uzbek Government and is a synonym to Regulatory Impact Assessment or Regulatory Impact Analysis).
