The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

CPPE begins to work on a research supported by Russian Government Scientific Fund June 15, 2009. CPPE starts the research ą07-02-00178ŕ «Influence of Political Factors on Đublic Debt Management».
CPPE deputy director for science Alexander Dankov became a workgroup leader. Staff of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute (Russian Academy of Sciences) is also involved in this research. Project materials for preceding years you can find here (in Russian). |
