The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

CPPE Head hold a working meeting in Saarbridge  December 17, 2009. Dr. Tsygankov met in Saarbridge with Prof. Dr. Reinhard Stockmann, the Head of the Center for Evaluation (one of the leading university research evaluation company in Germany). They discussed cooperation plan for 2010-2011 between Center for Evaluation and Center for Program and Policy Evaluation.
