13th Annual DeGeVal Conference

This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg.

The 10th IPEN Conference

Conference Committee and IPEN Board are sorry to inform that the 10th IPEN Conference "Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems" in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on September 23-25, 2010, won't be held in its traditional format.

Russian Government is going to introduce Regulatory Impact Assessment procedure

On 15. May 2010 Russian Premier-Minister Vladimir Putin has signed the Government order #336 that is going to introduce Regulatory Impact Assessment procedure on federal level.

Ministry of Economy is defined as the authorized body for conducting the examination of reports on RIA from other Russian ministries and agiencies.

At the moment only drafts on control over SME and technical regulation are to be checked.

From October 2009 CPPE staff had delivered to Ministry some materials/worked out proposals on RIA’s introducing.
